Metropolis Pointe is a multi-phase, mixed-use development designed to offer a vibrant, safe, and engaging destination that brings diverse experiences and lasting value to the surrounding community.
For its initial phase, the project anticipates to create and support the establishment of approximately 1,960 full-time equivalent jobs annually over a 30-month construction period. This includes both direct construction employment and indirect jobs supported through suppliers, services, and local businesses.
Subsequent planned phases will generate additional job creation and economic growth to support future development within the Bronzeville neighborhood.
